What counts as a sub-account?
One sub-account = one client workspace. Each of your clients gets their own isolated workspace with their phone number, lead sources, AI agents, and analytics. You manage them all from your agency admin console.

How does volume pricing actually work?
You pay the per-sub-account rate for your current tier on every active client. Bring on a 6th client and your whole portfolio drops from $199/sub/mo to $169/sub/mo automatically — including the 5 clients you already had. Tier upgrades are retroactive to the start of the next billing cycle.

What's the agency margin look like?
Most partners resell Niche at $499-$999/mo per client. At the Growth tier ($169/sub), that's $330-$830 gross margin per client per month. Run 15 clients and you're clearing $5K-$12K/mo on the spread alone.

How does voice billing work?
Voice minutes are billed at $0.79/min across every tier with sub-accounts; Scale (30+) gets custom voice pricing. You can pass through voice at cost, mark it up, or fold it into your retail rate — it's your call.

Can I resell Niche under my own brand?

What if a client cancels?
You stop being billed for that sub-account at the end of the current billing period. If cancelling a client drops you below your tier threshold, your per-sub rate adjusts at the next renewal.

Is there a minimum commitment?
Sub-accounts are month-to-month. The 3-5 tier starts at three active clients — bring a fourth before your first month is up and you'll be billed for it immediately. Enterprise (30+) is annually committed by default.

Do I need to handle billing for my clients?
Either model works. We can bill your clients directly on your behalf (you set the retail price, we collect, we remit the spread to you) or you can bill clients yourself and pay Niche the wholesale rate. Most agencies pick the latter for control over the customer relationship.
