Qualified lead. Client in Builder Prime.
Per-business Open API key. Workflows push a client into Builder Prime with source attribution, notes from the conversation, and the address fields your office already files on.
What syncs, and when
No CSVs. No nightly cron.
Live, bidirectional, idempotent. Niche reads what it needs from Builder Prime and writes back at the right moment in the conversation.

What it actually does
Five things only happen when Niche talks to Builder Prime.
Open API, clients.create
In Builder Prime go to Admin → Integrations → Open API and mint a key with clients.create. Copy the secret immediately — it's shown once.
Subdomain is the tenant
Your subdomain is the first label of the login host (johnsfloors from johnsfloors.builderprime.com). Niche never posts to another company's instance.
Idempotent against the lead
A second push for the same Niche lead updates the existing Builder Prime link instead of minting duplicate clients.
Setup
Live in 30 minutes.
-
Step 01
Create the API key
Builder Prime → Admin → Integrations → Open API. Permission: clients.create. Save the secret.
-
Step 02
Open the business marketplace
Builder Prime is per location. Paste subdomain + key on that business's Builder Prime card.
-
Step 03
Add a Push to CRM step
In the workflow, choose Builder Prime as the target. Fire it after the lead is qualified.

-
Roofing
After a hailstorm, your phone rings off the hook for 48 hours. Niche answers every one, qualifies coverage + scope, and books the inspection — while your sales reps focus on the quotes that are already on the table.
-
Restoration
Emergency restoration is a sprint. Every flood, fire, or mold call goes to 3–5 companies in the first 10 minutes. Niche picks up before the second ring, qualifies severity, and dispatches the on-call crew — every single time.
-
HVAC
Niche answers the 2 AM no-heat call, qualifies the system + age + brand, and dispatches the on-call tech — before the homeowner dials the next HVAC company in their browser.
